LK Systems is one of the Nordic region’s leading providers of hydronic underfloor heating and potable water solutions, known for driving innovation in smart heating. Together, we’ve developed several digital services that make their offering even stronger – starting with the LK app for controlling underfloor heating, a customer portal, and the ongoing development of a new IoT platform for property owners.
We created a complete design system for the LK app, focusing on clarity, ease of use, and visual consistency across platforms. For the IoT portal, we facilitated workshops, developed user flows, and delivered interactive prototypes to support both property owners and installers.
The user experience had to balance technical reliability with intuitive navigation, especially for users in the field. Across all products, we’ve ensured the design is scalable, brand-aligned, and prepared for evolving customer needs.
