We started where we always do: with the people. A deep discovery phase of interviews, workshops, and customer journey mapping shaped everything that followed. It gave us a clear picture of two distinct needs. Companies looking for new premises needed to understand Platzer’s offering quickly and convert easily.
Existing tenants needed a single place to manage their relationship with Platzer.
The external website was designed to make it easy to become a customer. Built on our own tech stack Forge, Dato headless CMS combined with Next.js as the framework, the site presents Platzer’s full offering across office and industrial/logistics in a way that’s easy to navigate and easy to manage.
For Platzer’s letting team, we added something entirely new: a Hemnet-style browsing experience where prospective tenants can save favourite spaces, build a shortlist, and download a ready-made prospectus to bring to decision-makers. Something their team had long been requesting.
The launch was also the first public expression of Platzer’s new brand identity, developed in parallel with our project, which made the work both harder and more rewarding.
Then there’s the customer portal. Built around the idea that being a Platzer tenant should feel effortless. Tenants get a personalised dashboard with fault reporting, operational updates, energy data, invoices, and contact information. Behind it all, a complex set of integrations, including a deep CRM connection that also powers the live property listings on the external site.
Less admin. More clarity. Better relationships.
